- Based in Crawley in a specialist nursing home looking after 35 beds
- Dealing with CQC framework, working with the senior management team, making sure the home is run to a high standard
- NVQ level 4 in health an social care minimum or equivalent needed
- £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary depending on experience, care home performance bonuses, free food on shift, benefits package
